5. Disclosure of information

- Address, plot, and cadastral number, section number, and leasehold number.
- Ownership type, property type, organization number, and unit number.
- Information about the property’s rooms, primary area, usable area, floor, year of construction, plot size, and municipality number.
- Valuation, appraisal, asking price, sale price, and property images.

- Unprocessed Customer Data: Customer data collected during the order process but not yet processed for service delivery is stored for up to 1 year before being automatically deleted.. This ensures data availability for fulfilling service obligations while limiting retention time.
- Anonymized Data: Data anonymized for analysis and machine learning purposes is stored in Google Cloud using robust security measures.
- Order History: Information about who ordered specific services is retained as long as necessary for documentation purposes and to ensure service quality.
- Legally Mandated Retention: In cases where we are obligated to retain information to comply with legal requirements, such as audits or reporting, we follow the specific retention periods stipulated by applicable laws.
Once the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted or anonymized. We also ensure that data is deleted immediately if it is no longer needed or if requested by the customer, provided this does not conflict with legal obligations.

We do not use local storage solutions (on-premise), and all data is processed and stored in cloud solutions that ensure high availability and robust security.
Anonymized data used for analysis and machine learning is also stored in Google Cloud, protected by advanced security measures such as encryption and access control. We ensure that data is always handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
